Mac beta
Practice for the NCMHCE with a client who talks back.
Then a tutor walks you through what you said, line by line, against what the exam expects. Alongside your prep guide, and before you pay for the subscription again.
Needs an Apple silicon Mac on macOS 15 or newer, 8 GB or more, and a connection during a session.

In the debrief
At line 41 she said she had stopped the medication and was not sleeping at all. That line was the planted risk for this session. Under treatment planning and continuity the exam expects you to assess the change before moving on. You asked about her sister at line 42.

You practice with a simulated client: a fictional persona with a history, stated goals and a way of talking, played by an AI model through our server. The client settles when you reflect, shuts down when you lecture, and comes back changed next session. In the debrief, the tutor cites the line you said.
